Ingredients:
- 45 ml Timur Infused Gin
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 5 ml Sugar Syrup
- 45 ml Grapefruit Juice
Instructions:
- Take all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake it well.
- Take a big piece of clear ice in an old fashioned glass.
- Pour the mixture into the glass and garnish with a grapefruit wheel and burnt rosemary.

- 60 ml gin
- 30 ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 15 ml agave

- 45 ml Gin
- 15 ml Otto’s vermouth
- 10 ml Crystal lime
- 30 ml Amla brine
Instructions:
- Add the gin, Otto’s vermouth, crystal lime, and amla brine to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
- Fine strain the mixture into a Stylus coupe glass over a small block of ice.
- Garnish with a fresh fennel leaf.

- 60ml gin
- 4/5 basil leaves
- 60ml orange juice
- 1 wedge of lime
- Tonic water
- Garnish: slice of orange, Basil sprig, flower

- Muddle basil leaves in mixing can.
- Fill mixing can with ice.
- Add rest of the ingredients and shake.
- Double strain on ice in big wine glass.
- Top with Tonic water.
